Yoga is a way to befriend the body, mind and spirit. Focusing on the breath, which always contains the power to soothe the overactive mind, we will move and stretch the body in ways both gentle and nourishing. This class is accessible to anyone, whether you have previously done yoga or not, and is the perfect way to start your day.

Led by Monika Lupean, E-RYT-500

For this class, you will need:
– yoga mat (Gaiam mats available)
– yoga towel
– bolsters, blocks as needed
for neck, legs, etc.

$25 members, $30 nonmembers


About the Instructor

Monika Lupean of Salisbury Yoga & Wellness Center has been teaching yoga for over 17 years and specializes in helping people discover more ease and joy in their lives.

She holds her Yoga Teacher Certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lennox, Massachusetts, and has also trained in Instructing Yoga for Special Populations, Yoga for Trauma, Body & Mind, Teaching Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, Yoga for Emotional Health, and more.
